Question asked by D. Smith on March 22, 2022.
You are asking us about the arrest, on March 22, of the lawyer Virginie de Araujo-Recchia, involved with various representatives of the vaccine-skeptic movement. In particular, she has filed various complaints on behalf of associations such as BonSens, and participates in the “corona committee” of the German lawyer Reiner Fullemich (who accuses the World Health Organization, the Davos Forum and the scientific community of having planned a “fake pandemic”).
According to Agence France presse (AFP), the lawyer is one of the seven people arrested yesterday “in a terrorist file linked to the figure of the conspiracy circles Rémy Daillet”.
A judicial source confirmed to CheckNews that seven police custody were in progress at the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI) “for acts of association of terrorist criminals with a view to preparing crimes against persons”. They are five men and two women, aged 36 to 62.
Among those arrested would also include Sylvain B., a “yellow vest” author of a “manual of peaceful insurrection”. AFP specifies that searches were carried out during the arrests.
The judicial investigation to which this series of arrests would be connected was opened in May 2021, after the first arrests linked to the small group “Honneur et nation”, recalls AFP. Fourteen people belonging to the ultra-right had already been indicted in this case.
Rémy Daillet, a figure in conspiratorial circles already implicated and imprisoned in the case of the kidnapping of little Mia, is suspected of being “the brain” of a group planning violent actions on the territory against 5G antennas , vaccination centers, but also against journalists and various personalities.
