(Reuters) – Twitter’s largest shareholder Elon Musk has decided not to join the company’s board, the social network’s chief executive Parag Agrawal said in a tweet on Sunday.
Elon Musk, who revealed a few days ago that he holds a 9.2% stake in Twitter, has been offered a place on its board of directors.
Parag Agrawal, however, wrote in a tweet: “Elon let it be known in the morning that he will no longer be joining the board”.
