My sidekick chose on his side the Flavors of my land made with Colombian black pudding, chorizo, pulled beef, mango ceviche, empanada de pollo, corn pancake, green plantain, papa criolla (Creole potato), chimichurri and Mi Tierra sauce.

Finally, we opt for the candied figs with Dulce de lechea typical dessert that may surprise, and the gourmet coffee with its ice cream and panna cotta.
