New unmissable event for fans of the genre, it is therefore organized every Sunday in the heart of summer lounge. Very generous and celebrating specialties from around the world, it brings together the cream of the finest products of the moment, from small producers and other craftsmen with whom the Parisian hotel is accustomed. Including a shellfish bench that offers oysters, crab claws, whelks and prawns. Further on, eggs can be prepared on the spot in all their forms: scrambled, poached, fried, Benedict… A stone’s throw from celebrating buffets, Italy (fresh pasta, fine charcuterie top the list), Lebanon (and its mezes), Spain or even Greece.
